After the candidate's employment profile has been posted; ITCRS Placement Specialists can quickly access and evaluate the profile. This will be enable the Placement Specialist to search for positions that match the candidate's skill sets and career goals.

In addition, the candidate's employment profile can be directly accessed by employers who are seeking to hire IT personnel. Employers use our candidate database search engine to locate applicants that have the specific skill sets, educational requirements, and other qualifications they are seeking. (Please note that employers will not see the candidate’s full name or contact information when viewing their profile or resume).

A candidate’s identity and contact information is only disclosed to an employer after the employer has agreed to schedule an interview, and the candidate has accepted (there are no exceptions to this policy).

A candidate’s profile will stay active in our database. This provides the candidate with the option to be contacted when they are matched to a position, or when an employer has made a request for an interview. This gives the candidate an opportunity to evaluate the position, determine their level of interest, and if they want to pursue being considered for an interview.
