    Finding the right IT employee to hire or contract can be a challenging task as there are many specialized areas of technology within an IT infrastructure. These would include multiple applications and platforms that require specific skill sets and vendor product knowledge to effectively operate and support.

    Our Recruiting and Placement Technique
    ITCRS specializes in locating fully qualified, suitably matched personnel to fill any level IT position.

    Initially we interface with the employer to identify platforms and applications that are used in their IT infrastructure. Subsequently, the position is then assessed and researched. We determine the specific skill sets and qualifications that a candidate must possess in order to perform efficiently and effectively as well as all pertinent unique hiring requirements pertinent to the position.

    Once this information has been collected ITCRS will recruit from its database. We review and substantiate each candidate's skill levels, and carefully match the candidate's qualifications to the employer's specific hiring requirements.

    This allows the employer to efficiently hire the IT professional that fits their needs. (All of ITCRS placements come with a one year replacement guarantee in the event the candidate separates from the employer within the first year of employment).
