Job Placement Services:
It is the highest priority of ITCRS to place each one of our candidates that is seeking an employment opportunity.

ITCRS Placement Specialists work daily on contacting employers, searching for job openings, and marketing candidates.

The majority IT positions require a candidate to possess specialized qualifications that include specific skill sets, and vendor product knowledge. Hands-on industry experience is the most valuable qualification. We know, however, that experience alone is not enough to meet employer hiring requirements. Many positions require both a college degree and industry standard IT certifications. At the minimum, most companies require two years of college attendance and IT certifications combined with one to two years of experience.

Our first area of focus in placement is to match a candidate’s qualifications to the employer’s hiring requirements, and to be sure the candidate’s skill sets match with the responsibilities of the position. Next we focus on the candidate’s employment preferences. Most candidates have a salary and work location requirement, and prefer to work in a company that provides job stability, offers challenging work responsibilities, and advancement potential.

To match these elements together, we use both state-of-the-art computer technology and personal hands-on evaluation. Next we evaluate the employer’s work environment and financial position, and try to determine if it’s a good match for the candidate.

Our matching expertise enables us not to waste the time of either a candidate or employer by scheduling an interview where the criterion of both parties is not a match.

ITCRS offers candidates two types of position placement: employer paid positions, and candidate paid positions. Some employers do not offer fee paid positions. As a result, ITCRS will offer a candidate the option to incur a fee for placement. The candidate is under no obligation to accept a position where the fee is not paid by the employer, it is strictly the candidate’s choice.

ITCRS can not place every candidate that contacts our company. Placement is primarily based on job availability, a candidate’s qualification levels, and the candidates interviewing skills.
