Employer Hiring Agreements and Fee Structure
ITCRS conveniently offers both non-exclusive and exclusive direct hiring agreements.
A non-exclusive hiring agreement allows the employer to use our services on a nonexclusive basis, meaning they are free to use all other resources they choose to recruit and hire candidates. The placement fee is 20% of the candidate's starting annual salary. (View an agreement).
A exclusive position hiring agreement allows the employer to use our services on an exclusive basis to recruit and hire a candidate to fill a specific position within an agreed upon time period. With this type of agreement, the employer agrees not to use any other resource (other then ITCRS) to fill the position. The placement fee is 15% of the candidate's starting annual salary. A exclusive company hiring agreement allows the employer to use our services on an exclusive basis to recruit and hire candidates to fill any and all IT positions in their company for an agreed upon time period. With this type of agreement, the employer agrees not to use any other resource (other then ITCRS) to fill any/all IT positions in their company. The placement fee (a percentage of the candidate's annual starting salary) is negotiated on the basis of the agreed upon number of candidates to be hired during the agreement term. Placement fees for part time and contract positions are determined by negotiation.
Candidate Replacement Guarantee. ITCRS provides a replacement guarantee on each candidate that the employer hires. In the event a candidate leaves or is released within one year from the hiring date, ITCRS will replace the candidate in accordance with the terms of the guarantee. (View the terms of the guarantee).
