    Our software technology allows a recruiter to quickly enter precise search requirements thus efficiently identifying candidates that match explicit employer qualifications and hiring specifications. No more sorting through resumes to find qualified candidates!

    ITCRS maintains an impressive and extensive database of candidates. These men and women possess a diversity of IT skills and credentials e.g. two/five year college and technical school degrees, IT certifications, and proven hands-on industry experience. In addition, our candidates are contacted frequently and their profiles updated on a regular basis.

    Recruiting IT professionals is our specialty, and we maintain this process on a daily basis. This allows our database to consistently grow, and provides us with a stream of new candidates to evaluate and assess.

    Once our Placement Specialist has located a candidate, they quickly contact the candidate to schedule a phone interview. After a phone interview has been completed, a personal onsite, in-office interview is scheduled if the candidate was able to meet all the required conditions.

    Candidates are thoroughly screened during an in-office interview. Their skills levels are tested and verified, and they are required to sign a background check authorization document. They are also required to provide proof of their education and/or certification credentials. All candidates must go through these procedures (from PC Technicians to Chief Technology Officers). This ensures that the employer will be presented with a fully qualified candidate to interview.
